Know your options.
We believe ticket purchasers should understand cancellation conditions before paying. The final event-specific refund policy requires organiser approval.
Ticketing not yet open
Paid ticket sales are disabled until dates, venue, ticket inclusions and an approved refund policy are confirmed.
If the organiser cancels
The final published policy must explain full-refund eligibility, exclusions permitted by law, processing timelines, payment method and support contacts for cancelled or materially changed events.
If an attendee cancels
The team must publish a clear attendee-request cutoff, eligible amount, any permitted deductions and contact process before launching sales. Do not assume refunds are available for every pass type.
Duplicate or unresolved payment
If you are charged but do not receive a ticket, retain your payment reference and contact support. Avoid paying twice until your original payment is reconciled.
Manual refund processing
An authorised administrator can initiate a full refund from the private booking dashboard for a paid booking that has not been checked in. Razorpay processes the refund and notifies the system; the ticket is voided when the refund is confirmed. Other cases, including partially attended bookings, need manual review. The organiser must publish the specific event cancellation and refund terms before enabling sales.
