1. Founder applications
Applications are free and assessed against the programme's published criteria. No payment, sponsorship or purchase improves scoring. The organiser may request verification and reject fraudulent or misleading submissions.
2. Recognition is not funding
Selection, being shortlisted or attending does not guarantee funding, investment, institutional support or commercial outcomes.
3. Event passes
Delegate passes admit the registered quantity into the eligible event activities as described at purchase. Each QR ticket is for one check-in. Purchasers must provide accurate information and abide by venue and safety directions.
4. Programme changes
Dates, times, speakers and arrangements may be updated as reasonably necessary. Material changes are communicated through official channels, subject to applicable consumer-law requirements and the published refund policy.
5. Conduct, media and access
No harassment, unauthorised commercial solicitation, forged passes or disruptive conduct. Organiser media and consent arrangements should be published clearly before entry.
6. Notice
